1 stick butter 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 lg. can Hershey syrup 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt FROSTING: 2 c. powdered sugar 1 stick butter 2 tbsp. milk 1/4 tsp. mint extract 1/4 tsp. green food coloring Cream butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, syrup and flour. Spread on greased jelly roll pan and bake 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool. Mix and spread over cake. Set in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Meanwhile melt 1 cup chocolate chips and 6 tbsp. butter and pour over cake. Chill before serving. |
