PUMPKIN - CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix in a 9 inch pie plate and refrigerate.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

FILLING:

12 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
3/4 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 extra egg yolks
1 c. pumpkin

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat filling ingredients with a mixer until smooth. Put into crust, bake 35-40 minutes.

Combine topping ingredients. Spread over pie and bake 10 minutes. Let cool completely, about 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
