SUKIYAKI 
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 lb. bite sized pieces of steaks
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. water
1 chopped onion
1 can bamboo shoots (drained)
1 can bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts
1 oz. jar mushrooms
Rice

Heat 2 tbsp. of salad oil and pieces of steak for 3 or 4 minutes. Combine brown sugar, flour, soy sauce, 3/4 cup water. Pour over steak. Add onion, bamboo shoots. Cook 5-8 minutes. Add bean sprouts, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
