6 medium potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
8 slices bacon, diced
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced

Sauce:

3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise

Fry bacon. Add flour to grease, vinegar and water; stir until thick. Add sugar and mayonnaise. Mix well.
