CHICKEN PARMESAN 
1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, cut up
6 tbsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Dash of garlic salt
Dash of paprika
1/4 c. chopped parsley (optional)

Dip chicken pieces in butter. Shake remaining ingredients in paper bag; add chicken and shake until coated. Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish; add chicken pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
