CHICKEN CHILI 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can no salt whole tomatoes, drained
1 (8 oz.) can no salt tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can no salt whole kernel corn, drained
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. cut up cooked chicken
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients and cook on medium heat until flavors are blended. This is very good for people on low fat low salt diet. Very good.
