MARYLAND CLAM CHOWDER | |
1 doz. med. hardshell clams, diced 1/4 to 1/2 inch size (set aside) 1 qt. canned tomatoes 1 to 2 spears diced celery Dice 1 med. onion 1 qt. diced potatoes Add vegetables to 2 quarts of water and boil until almost done. Then add clams and boil for 20 minutes. (Dumplings if desired, should be added 10 minutes before done.) |
