SOUP DU JOUR 
24 oz. V-8 juice
24 oz. tomato juice
2 c. strong chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. rosemary
Pinch of oregano
Thyme & basil leaves
1 tbsp. sugar
Thin shreds of lemon peel
1/4 c. vermouth

Simmer V-8, tomato juice, chicken bouillon and spices and sugar for 15 to 20 minutes. Add vermouth and lemon peel just before serving. May be served hot or cold. Serves 8.
