WASHINGTON CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter, press onto bottom of 9" spring form pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing with electric mixer until well blended. Blend in eggs, milk and vanilla, pour mixture over crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until set. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool. Remove rim. Chill. Top with filling before serving.
