RANCH RICE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. uncooked rice
1 (10 3/4 oz) can consomm
1 (1 3/8 oz) pkg. dry French onion soup mix
1 (3 1/2 oz) can mushroom stems and pieces

Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter. Combine all ingredients.

Bake in a 1 quart casserole for 1 hour.

Makes 4-6 servings.
