GRECIAN CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken, cut up
4 potatoes, peeled
3 lemons
Garlic salt
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
2 tbsp. oregano

Place chicken in the bottom of a 9"x13" baking dish. Cut potatoes in 1/4" slices and layer over chicken. Sprinkle juice of lemons over potatoes and chicken. Sprinkle generously with garlic salt. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with oregano. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
