LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
2 tbsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
potatoes and carrots, cut up

Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. lemon pepper and 1/2 tsp. garlic salt in the bottom of a pan. Place cut chicken on top. Pour soy sauce and water over top of chicken. Add the potatoes and carrots. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
