GRANDMA'S EASY OVERNIGHT YEAST
ROLLS
 
2 tsp. dried yeast
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. melted butter
2 eggs
4 c. flour

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs and salt. Beat together. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add yeast/water mixture and flour. Refrigerate overnight.

Form into your favorite shape for rolls. Place in buttered baking pan. Cover and let rise approximately 3 to 4 hours.

Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
