RICE AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. rice
4 1/2 c. water
2 pkgs. Lipton chicken noodle soup
1 med. onion
1 stalk celery
1 bell pepper
Sliced almonds

Brown sausage; drain well. Cook rice in water with chicken noodle soup mix 7 minutes; add onion, celery, bell pepper. Put into casserole dish and cover with sliced toasted almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
