1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese, melted
1 lb. powdered sugar

In ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan - spread coconut and pecans. Mix cake per box directions. Spread over coconut and nuts. Melt cream cheese and butter together and add powdered sugar. Cream together and spread over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (325 degrees in glass pan).
