EASY PEACH PIE 
4 or 5 fresh ripe peaches
5 slices bread (day-old), cubed
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg

Butter 9 or 10 inch baking dish. Place thinly sliced peaches in dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar. Spread bread cubes evenly over peaches. Mix melted butter, sugar, flour and egg together until well blended. Spoon evenly over bread cubes making sure all bread is covered. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
