CARAMEL FROSTING 
2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. cream
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Combine brown sugar, butter and cream in saucepan; bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool a little. Add vanilla and gradually add confectioners' sugar while beating with mixer.
