CARAMEL BUTTER FROSTING 
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Melt butter over low heat. Add brown sugar. Bring to boil and cook 2 minutes. Add milk and boil, stirring constantly. Cool to lukewarm. Add confectioners' sugar a little at a time and beat until spreading consistency.
