CROWN JEWEL DESSERT | |
1 pkg. lime gelatin 1 pkg. orange gelatin 1 pkg. cherry gelatin 1 c. pineapple juice 1/4 c. sugar 1 pkg. lemon gelatin 18 lady fingers, separated 1 c. cold milk 2 env. dessert topping mix 1 tsp. vanilla In advance, prepare lime, orange and cherry gelatin separately, using 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup cold water for each. Chill until firm in 8 inch square pans. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Heat pineapple juice to boiling; add sugar and lemon gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water; chill until thickened. Line bottom and sides of a 9 inch spring form pan with lady fingers. Prepare whipped topping mix with milk and vanilla according to package directions; fold in lemon gelatin; fold in lime, orange and cherry cubes. Pour over lady fingers. Chill 5-8 hours or overnight. Serves about 16. |
