SHRIMP FRIED RICE 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. oil
3 green onions, chopped
3 c. cold cooked rice
1/4 lb. cooked baby shrimp
3 tbsp. Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce

Mix eggs and water. Set aside. Heat oil in skillet or wok over medium heat. Add green onions. Stir fry 30 seconds. Add to egg mixture, scramble. Stir in the cold cooked rice, gently separating grains. Add cooked baby shrimp and Kikkoman soy sauce. Cook stirring until thoroughly heated. 6 servings.
