TUNA-DOODLE MELT 
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
1/3 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped stuffed olives
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Pepper to taste
6 English muffins, split
12 slices American cheese
NO salt

Soften butter or lightly toasted muffin. Break tuna in small chunks with fork. Add celery, onion, olives. Stir in mayonnaise and pepper. Mix well. Lightly toast 12 pieces of muffins. Spread with soft butter. Divide tuna among muffins on cookie sheet. Top each with slice of cheese. I put in to bake a few minutes to heat then broil until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot. Good with cole slaw or tomato soup.
