TACO SAUCE 
1 gal. tomatoes
24 red Jalapeno peppers
3 lbs. onions
4 lg. green peppers
1 qt. distilled vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt

Grind tomatoes, peppers and onions. Pour into large saucepan. Add vinegar, sugar and salt. Simmer 3 hours. Pour into jars. Put lids and rims on. Jars will seal themselves. Makes 12 to 15 pints.
