TACO SAUCE 
1 qt. tomatoes, canned
2 med. size green peppers
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 hot peppers, sliced very thin
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Put all ingredients in a cast iron frying pan and bring to a boil, then simmer 1 1/2 hours.
