2 c. peanut butter 3 c. powdered sugar 1 c. melted butter 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1/3 bar paraffin Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar and butter. Form into balls the size of walnuts. Set on cookie sheet and refrigerate until firm. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in top of double boiler. When melted, dip balls into mixture (use toothpick to dip). Place coated buckeyes on waxed paper and refrigerate. |
