YUM-YUM SALAD 
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. chopped canned peaches
1 c. pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
2 drops red food coloring
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. heavy whipped cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Gradually add mayonnaise to softened cream cheese, mixing well. Stir in fruit, sugar and food coloring. Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Pour into mold and freeze. Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes prior to slicing.
