M.'S SENSATIONAL STUFFED BAKED
POTATOES
 
6 med. size baking potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. bacon bits (more or less according to taste)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter

Bake potatoes at 425 F. for 50 to 60 minutes or until soft when pressed. Slit tops of potatoes lengthwise and crosswise. Fold back flaps, scoop out insides, and mash potatoes with milk, butter, salt and pepper, go by taste. This should come out like regular mashed potatoes. Add cheese and bacon bits, mix thoroughly. Stuff skins with potato mixture. Bake in oven until cheese melts and tops are brown.
