6 slices bacon, cut into sm. pieces
2 med. onions, finely chopped
1 (0.6 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing
5 lbs. potatoes, boiled, peeled & diced
4 eggs, hard-boiled & diced
Dash of "Maggi" seasoning

Fry bacon and 1/2 of the onions until bacon is crisp and onions are translucent. Prepare salad dressing mix according to package directions.

Combine potatoes, eggs, raw onion, bacon, cooked onions with drippings and seasoning. Add salad dressing and mix well. Serve warm.
