LASAGNE 
1/2 lb. ground sausage
1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 sm. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
4 oz. can mushrooms
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
8 oz. lasagne noodles (9 noodles)
Sm. carton cottage cheese
4 c. Mozzarella cheese

For meat sauce, brown meats, onion and garlic. Drain fat. Add tomato sauce, paste, mushrooms, and seasoning. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain. Grease 9x13 pan. Layer 3 noodles, half of the cottage cheese, 1/3 of the sauce and 1/3 of the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat with next 3 noodles, remaining cottage cheese, and half of remaining sauce and Mozzarella. Top with last 3 noodles, sauce and Mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
