FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. pecans or walnuts

Mix ingredients; press into cake pan that has been greased or sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. LET COOL.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Mix well, spread over cooled pie crust.

THIRD LAYER:

Sm. box chocolate pudding
Sm. box vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Mix ingredients; pour over second layer. Top with Cool Whip and nuts, chocolate chips or sprinkles.
