EASY PECAN PIE 
1 c. dark corn syrup
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 egg, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk

Combine syrup and pudding mix in bowl. Add milk and egg. Stir to blend. Add pecans and pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 55 minutes. Makes 1 pie.
