1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. hot water
3 tbsp. cocoa

Mix together milk and vinegar and let stand 10 minutes. Mix together hot water and cocoa. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 pkg. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. maple flavor (substitute vanilla)
Milk (about 1/4 c.)
