SAUCY SKILLET DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. Lipton beefy onion soup mix
1 1/4 c. water
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce (or 2 sm. cans)
1 c. dice green pepper
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
3/4 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat in skillet and drain. Stir in soup mix, water, tomato sauce, green pepper and macaroni. Bring to boil, then simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, 18 minutes or until macaroni is done. Add corn toward the end. When done, add cheese to top. Serves 4 to 6.
