SOUR CREAM BROWNIES 
1 c. butter
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/3 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter and chocolate. Beat the sugar into the eggs. Slowly beat in the melted chocolate mixture. Stir in the vanilla; sift in the flour, 2 tablespoons at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream and nuts.

Pour into a greased rectangular (approximately 9x13) pan. Bake 35 minutes or so. Cool and cut into squares.
