CHEESY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup (mixed with 1/2 c. milk)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
Cooked mixed vegetables (frozen or canned)
Sliced Velveeta cheese

In a glass casserole dish, mix all ingredients except the cheese. Place slices of Velveeta all over the casserole and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (Cover casserole with lid or foil.)
