CHEESY-CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked rice
3 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
1 can undiluted celery soup
1 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion and celery in butter. Melt cheese in soup and add milk. Mix all ingredients together and bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
