LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 c. frozen lima beans, cooked
1/2 c. red pimiento, chopped
1 c. grated cheese

WHITE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion

Top of dish: 2 tablespoons tomato, cut up, 1/2 cup bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons butter. Combine. Pour into greased casserole, cover with bottom crumbs, cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes. Serves 6.
