CAPELLINI PEPERONCINI 
5 slices Prosciutto (chopped)
2 med. onions (diced)
8 sm. peperoncini (chopped)
1 lb. capellini
3/4 c. Parmigiano cheese (grated)
Dash of each salt and pepper
1/3 c. olive oil
1 can crushed tomatoes

Saute prosciutto, onions, peperoncini, olive oil, salt and crushed tomatoes in skillet. For approximately 10 to 15 minutes allow ingredients to simmer.

In separate pot, boil 1 pound capellini until it is "al dente". Drain your capellini and pour contents of skillet over it. Sprinkle cheese over it. Serves approximately 4 people. Enjoy!
