HERITAGE APPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs, well beaten
4 c. chopped fresh apples

Combine ingredients. Let stand 20 minutes.

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Add to first ingredients. Stir all ingredients together. Put in bundt pan that has been buttered and floured well. Bake in 350 degree oven for 60 to 70 minutes. When completely cooled, remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Don't cover cake until cooled.
