HAWAIIAN SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves, drained and halved
2 c. diced cooked ham
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Lettuce

Stir first 3 ingredients together for dressing; set aside. Combine pineapple, apricots, ham, raisins and 1/4 cup almonds in large bowl. Spoon onto beds of lettuce. Pour dressing over all. Garnish with remaining almonds. Yield: 4 servings.
