HAWAIIAN FRUIT SALAD 
32 oz. canned chunky pineapple
8 oz. canned mandarin oranges
4 c. halved green or white seedless grapes
4 bananas, sliced (just before serving)
Handful of pecan slices
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. sugar free vanilla pie & pudding mix (do not use instant)
3 c. juice from pineapple & oranges (add water to make 3 c.)

I've mixed red and green grapes too.

Drain pineapple and oranges, reserving liquid. Add water to liquid to make 3 cups. Follow the directions for microwave cooking on pudding mix (it's faster than stove top cooking). Cool. Fold in the pineapple, oranges and grapes together with COLD sauce and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving add sliced bananas and pecan halves.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
