RHUBARB TORTE 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
5 tbsp. sugar
3 c. rhubarb
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar

Use 9 x 13 pan.

Mix butter, flour and sugar for topping. Mix remaining ingredients and add 2 beaten eggs.

Bake 45 minutes at 350°F.
