3 lg. sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk

Cook potatoes until done. Mash well. Add butter, blend well. Add other ingredients. Pour into 2 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
