GRIFFIN'S BARBECUE SAUCE | |
1-8 oz. can tomato sauce 2 tbsp. wine vinegar 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. celery seed 1/2 c. dry sherry salt and pepper 1 clove garlic minced 1/2 c. Griffin's Waffle Syrup This sauce is wonderful over spare ribs cooked either over charcoal or in oven. Combine tomato sauce, wine vinegar, minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, celery seed, dry sherry, salt, pepper, garlic, and Griffin's Waffle Syrup. Combine all ingredients and use to baste ribs as they cook. |
