SWEET AND SAVORY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 beaten eggs
1 clove chopped garlic
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 c. chopped tomatoes or 1/2 can chopped Rotel tomatoes
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Shape into balls and brown over medium-high heat. (If ground turkey is used, add 1-2 tablespoons oil while browning so meat balls won't stick to pan.) Pour off any grease.

Mix next 5 ingredients together and pour over browned meatballs. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles or rice. This recipe is easily doubled and also freezes well.
