SALMON CROQUETTES | |
1 can (7.7 oz.) salmon 1 c. toasted bread crumbs 1 tbsp. butter, melted 1 egg 1 tbsp. finely grated onions 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash lemon seasoning 1 tsp. baking powder Salt & pepper to taste Drain liquid from salmon. Add baking powder to liquid. Combine all ingredients and drop by spoonful into deep fat and fry at 375-385 degrees until golden brown. Serve while hot. |
