MERLE'S APRICOT JELLO MOLD 
3 sm. pkgs. apricot Jello
3 c. apricot nectar
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
1 1/2 pts. sour cream

Drain oranges - add enough water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Bring to boil and dissolve 3 packages Jello. Pour 3 cups apricot nectar into Jello. Put "half" into 9 x 13 inch pan - then put oranges evenly in. Put in refrigerator to set (several hours).

Beat 1 1/2 pints sour cream, spread on top of Jello (carefully). Return to refrigerator 15 minutes. Spoon (carefully) remaining Jello mixture on top of sour cream. Refrigerate until set.
