WOLFGANG STEAK 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. snipped chives
1 tbsp. grated fresh horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 1/2 lbs. beef flank steak

Melt butter. Stir in remaining ingredients except steak. Brush both sides of steak with butter mixture. Bake or broil steak to desired doneness. 6 servings. 180 calories per serving.
