AMBROSIA (FRUIT SALAD) 
1 pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cans fruit cocktail
1 jar cherries
1 jar sweet kaong
1 jar pineapple
1 pkg. young coconut, thawed

Items may be purchased from the Korean store on Church and Nostrand Avenues in Brooklyn.

In a large colander, drain all fruits. In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth.

In a large container (plastic or Pyrex dish), place the fruits. Stir in the contents of cream cheese and condensed milk. Fruit is now covered in a white creamy substance. Place in refrigerator. Serve when chilled. Serve separately or with ice cream.
