SPAGHETTI SQUASH 
1 spaghetti squash
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Prepared meat or cheese sauce

Cut squash lengthwise, pierce skin and remove seeds. Cook until tender. If baking, place cut side down on greased cookie sheet. Cook about 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. If boiling, place squash, cut side up in 2 inches of boiling water for 20 minutes. When squash is done, run fork over inside of cooked squash to fluff up pasta like strands. Add butter, salt, pepper to taste. May be served in its shell with you favorite meat or cheese sauce.
