SWEET POTATO FLUFF 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. milk or cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
10-12 marshmallows

Combine all ingredients except marshmallows; mix thoroughly. Place in greased 2 quart casserole dish. Arrange marshmallows on top of potatoes, pressing down slightly. Bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for 50 minutes or until marshmallow turns a golden brown.
